I really need help deciding on wheels

Guys I need new wheels and I cant make a decision on what I want. Right now I'm looking at either 18x8.5 Volk TE-37s in silver or 18x8 SSR GT1s. My max is superblack. CHeck out my homepage for some pics of it. But seriously im stumped on which wheels to get, I cant decide which will look better. Please help!!!

SSR GT1:

Volk TE-37(These are white, I would get silver):

Thanks,
Steve

Honestly, I don't like either of them. They are both pretty boring IMO.

Are you shooting for OMG "pimp daddy" or slick racing look?

Basically, you need to decide if you are going to race and beat those civic ricers or make people jealous of your wheels. If you're going for performance, definitely go for the TE-37. It's very lightweight and I think someone in the GD forum is selling it pretty cheap. If you're going for looks, go for the SSR GT1. Good luck.

I would suggest getting the Volks....but that is only because I think the SSR's are the way to go, and some day would like to add them to mine and don't need the competition!! BTW....how much do the SSR's cost??

Hey guys, thanks for all the posts. I am looking for more looks rather than performance and I also think that im leaning slightly towards the SSRs. These are both great wheels from everything ive heard about em, both lightweight and well known brands. Im looking for a wheel that isnt too crazy and i wanna stay away from lips and multi spokes/spider web designs cuz i like a more conservative, yet pimp look over a racing look. I think the volks are more of a racing look over the SSRs. Keep the opinions coming!

I've seen a few posts on SSRs bending or cracking.

I'd stick to volks!

thats exactly why i like the gt3's. they are not too boring but im afraid of how the thin spokes will look. must go 18" or bigger to look good.

SSR GT1's

I have SSR GT1's on my whip. I love the look and the looks I get when I'm on the road. Check out my home page!
