Question about replacing 2000 headlight bulb

Hey, I just got some bulbs for my max but when I was about to replace them I noticed 2 screws were in place. Do the bulbs just twist turn and pop out or must I unscrew them. Thanks for the help

All you do is remove the rubber piece. Pull off the harness. Then lift the clip. And pull out the bulb.
