*Question regarding the stock rubber exhaust hangers...*

I just wanted to know if the stock rubber exhaust hangers can be adjusted???? I only ask because I installed my CATTMAN Cat-Back Exhaust yesterday and today I noticed that it's siting just a lil' off. Your help will be appreciated.

How the heck would you adjust them???? You can get the hangers off the muffler re-welded to make it fit right. Just go to a muffler shop.

What I meant was repositioning the metal hanger off the muffler into a different spot in one of the slits on the rubber hanger. Will it work is the question

Not really, but you can bend the metal hanger coming off the muffler until it pulls or pushes the muffler in the direction that you want it to be. It may save you a trip to the muffler shop. If that doesn't work, you're pretty much stuck going to a shop to have it re-welded in the spot that you want it.

Go to autozone and see if they sell smaller hangers that will bring your exhaust up.

wildmanal,Thanks for the info. I'll be hitting up NAPA and AutoZone this week. I actually would like it to sit a tad bit lower so that the tips aren't close to the bumper(tips get hot and don't want it to melt the bumper)
