Air-Ride for 5th Gen... LONG

I know this has been brought up before, but I couldn't find the info I need. I am planning on going mostly for looks, and eventually going the show route with my max. Before you start calling me ghetto,, or ricey. I chose this route because I quit racing when I sold my tube-frame drag camaro. I've a few hook-ups for most of the stuff I'll need performance, audio/video, and paint & body wise. But I would like to know where those with air-ride got their system. (I know there is a few of you out there) I would also like to know if it's possible to do air-ride with 20's? Please don't flame me, I plan on doing a quality show car. Thanks for any info posted.

no flames here. i know i'm not into that stuff, but to each his own. at least you didn't come in here with an attitude. that'll get you flamed much more readily as can be evidenced by some newbs.

can't help you bro... but good luck.

i know a couple years back i saw a full air ride setup at a stillen show, so i know it's been done. don't know if the guy's on this board tho.

Yes it can be done. Its hard to find the right air ride. There are some org members with air rides. If you want to do it with Dubs, there is an org member that already did it and it worked. It think his org name is Kakipopo . He has a black 2k1 with dubz and bags, kitted out...

I got dubs and air ride. Haven't posted pics yet. I got my kit from Southwest Autoworks. I had to do a lot of extra things to make it work like role fenders, cut kit etc... I should get pics up soon, just haven't gotten around to it.

exactly what I was thinking...fenders definitely need to be rolled.....mad work will need to be done...

now ask yourself, is it all worth the effort and $$$$$...if it is, go for it and don't think twice...

make sure u post high res pix..I wanna see this

Thanx guys. I think it's worth it for what I'm planning. Hopefully, within 6-8 months most of my mods will be done. I appreciate the help.
