Bought Lucas manual transmissin oil......."how-to" link doesn't work.....need help

finally decided to change the manual transmission gear oil to help alliviate that "stickiness" when rowing through the gears and through bad timing, link in the "how-to" doesn't work....can anyone do a quick cut and paste or post instructions? also, how many ounces? owners manual provides neither except which viscosity to use(75w-90). thanks for any assistance.......
