Still Looking for PROGRESS SPRING info....

What's up guys??

So far only ONE guy has replied with pics and info about his PROGRESS SPRINGS (On 5th gen).

And before you ask -- the SEARCH function is of no help.

I'm really trying to decide on modified 4th gen AGX's from Cattman with the 4th gen Progress Springs to match for my 02.

I'm concerned that these springs will not be STIFF ENOUGH compared to other makes (Eibach/Sprint).
I am looking for the lowest drop while STILL being IN-SPEC with the KYB warranty, and as far as I can tell - these are it!

Does ANYONE have the spring rates on the Progress Springs??
Anyone else have any good things to say about this spring/strut combo???

Help me out guys....

Thanks!

Progress actually goes lower than KYB approves for warranty my friend, but since Cattman sells them as a package I think he'd back you up on any claim. Anyway, Andy has the best visuals on the progress look from his old ride. They aren't real stiff, but lower more in the front than back for that illusion of an "even" drop due to equal wheel gaps. I would have gotten them with my AGXs if I hadn't gotten a smokin deal on the Maxspeeds, which are solid gold for me thus far.

Who is Andy - and where do I find his pics....!

So, can I assume you dig the AGX setup??

I'll have to have a chat with Mr. Cattman and check the warranty issue and spring rates on the PROGRESS springs.

I think for me it's more important to be EVEN then stiff...or that's what SHE said anyway!!!

Yeah, the AGX are freakin great, I run them at 3/6 most of the time and it isn't much more harsh than 1/2 and the handling is far improved the stiffer you go. I don't drive real fast, but I take turns like a savage just because I can. I wouldn't go with any other struts myself

Rgds,
GR

Here's a pic,but it does not do no justice>>>crappy 2 megapixel cyber shot( at least i think so) The drop is even and is much lower than stock. My Agx's are set-up as 2 in front and 4 in the rear. It handles great as a daily driver.
