Custom Catback.....How Much$$$$$$$$

I am looking into getting some custom piping done for a Catback, and I wanted to know what kind of price range to expect. How much have those of you that have gotten custom piping done paid for it? .....thanks

Well I asked this question before buying the budget B-pipe and most people said shops quoted them $250 for mandrel bent from the cat back. I don't know if that includes install since I paid $190 for my b-pipe then $100 for them to install the b-pipe, custom bend my last rear section that the b-pipe doesn't cover and install my muffler. I would say go with a b-pipe.

i paid $110 for a magna flow muffler
$200 for mandrel bent b-pipe including installation
total $310.00
would I do it again? probably not. I felt in the topend pulls alot stronger now, but people say it will only add 3-5whp. So i guess i'm dreaming, but anyways, i don't think its worth it....b/c the sound can be annoying between 2000-2500 rpm

I paid like $50-75 for mine and about $120 something for my mangaflow but the tone is just too damn deep. Sounds sweet at idle (check my sig for clips) but in my car it drones from 1500-1800rpm I have the cattman b-pipe w/resonator so my custom piping is like the last 2ft or so. Remember that ALL the muffler drone except for most Dynomax's. If I had to do mine again id order a 22" magnaflow resonator with a dynomax. I might give flowmaster or borla a try just to see what it sounds like but thats later. I have other **** to worry about right now.

I would be in on this deal if it wasn't for the 4.5" in tip....I don't really want something that large. If you can get me just the piping then I would supply my own muffler.

My budget pipe came with an 18" resonator and that thing is freakin loud. I had to take off my powetech muff and put the stock muffler on and it's still noticable on crank up and driving around. I wouldn't get it if you have an aftermarket muffler.
