2k2 SE to 2k3 Z???

thinking of jumping into a "slightly used" 350Z w/ 1500 miles. touring package w/ nav (offering at $32,640)

but, i feel the dealer is trying to rape me on my trade. 2k2 SE w/ leather, bose, sunroof, heated seats, seat massagers, CF trim, 19" chrome MM EVO 5's w/ Pole Position S03's 245/35/19. (offered me $16,500 initially)

but, we finally came to a net difference of $14,500 plus tax.

first question, good deal or not?

will my current wheels/tires fit on the new Z? if not, guess i'll be selling them on ebay or something.

I know a person that would be interested in your Mille Miglia's or your car for that matter. I see that your from NY, I'm from Jersey, so if your selling your car let me know because my friend is looking for a Maxima.

Your '02 is nice! Can I have your Seats? I was thinkin about getting a Z before I got this last Maxima. Great driver, just not enough room when the fun stops and the utility begins You'll have unforseen limitations in that area. Then again, I have a little one and her friends to haul around. Anyway my advice: Save the $$$ and keep the Max. You'll never see what it's worth from a Dealer.

why would you want to dump $14,500 plus tax???
its a waste of money...
buy yourself a project car for $14k... and then mod it like crazy...

I would stay with the max---my brother just bought an Infinti g35 coupe (basically a 350z with and upgraded interior) and I dont think its worth 14,500 more. PLUS---your maxima is SICK!!!

They are the same bolt pattern but I think you need a different Offset.. Maybe not though...

I would keep the max and just go get a 300Z or Supra. For the moeny you are droppin I would just go get another car that has much much more potential.... Your Max is nice. You see Zs everywhere now, but you don't see a Max looking like that too often (except on the ORG )

I would keep that hot max and pick up something else, just my .02

Personally I would love to pick up a Datsun 510 and drop a sick Silvia motor in there and have some good times.
