I paid 170 for 35%.
The guy told me not to go with the platinum tint (which I had on my previous car, and I prefer) because it would interfere with the radio antenna in the back window.

So THAT'S where out radio antenna is. I jjust noticed the other day that I didn't have an antenna sticking up anywhere. But I have 35% platinum tint all around (except front windshield) and my radio signal is fine. I even pick up Hot97 out of NYC sometimes and I live near Philly.

Well, I paid $250 for some Madico Cool Chrome 20%. Expensive, but very very worth it. I'll post pics as soon as i take some. Job done is perfect, no gaps between the film and the end of the windows, and it was the only shop that could do it on the day that i wanted to. So $170 for a good tint job is good. Hope u feel better now.

CCx...where you at near Philly? I can recommend a place, it's about 10 minutes past Philadelphia Park Racetrack and the Nabisco factory if you know where those are.

BiggD23, I live in Bala Cynwyd....Does this place do weekends? I work long hours on weekdays up in Chesterbrook so I don't think a weekday would be convenient. Tell me a little more about it, how much and what brands they stock, PM me when you get a chance please...thank you for the information (and do they take credit cards?? )

Paid $260 for mine- Sun-Gard Endurance Reflective(metal sputtered)
Had doubts cause I wanted Llumar-but saw a black Escalade done
in that tint and I was like"thats what I want!"- Anyway
all windows +sunroof+ 8" strip in windshield- when I got the estimate
I was like WOW!- but its the company's top tint w/lifetime against
fade/discoloration
Side by side w/ my friends Millenia(llumar platinum plus) cannot tell
difference- very classy vary satisfied!
The only thing is that w/sputtered metal tints- takes up to thirty days for the tint to fully cure - If it looks that good now, cannot wait to see in a few weeks!

Anyway B-day coming up on the 19th- will post pics with my first digital camera!
