Help from anyone with an FSM or who has full auto climate control
The backlighting on my fully automatic climate control system on my 2KSE has gone out. In other words, at night I cannot see the what buttons to push since the white backlighting stopped working. Anyone had this problem on their 2K? Can anyone tell me (guys with FSMs also) if it is just a loose connection or do i need to replace a burnt bulb?
Thanks,
Angelo

Doesn't say anything specific to "no display". If your AC works and you can change things about, then this would lead me to believe it's just a blown bulb. Have no idea how to change it...didn't see this in the FSM.

Well....everything on the climate control works, and it is not the display that is not functioning. I can see the digital readouts for the temp that I set and the AMB (ambient)temp; except for the backlighting on the buttons themselves.
Craig2kGLE- you said that there are people that have done this that will chime in shortly. Do you know any one specific?
Has anyone org member had to change the bulb, if that is what illuminates the buttons themselves? If anyone has, please advise on how to do it.....
thanks again

The dealer will want to replace the entire unit. The alternative is to install a new LED (?) in the existing unit. There are people here that have done this that will chime in shortly with any luck.
