CustomMaxima.com has the 5th gen Angel Eye foglights. Has anyone tried these? Are they a direct-fit for 5th gens. Seem pretty reasonable @ $100.

I'm wondering if they are a worthy upgrade. Please post your feedback & pix if you have them on your 5th gen.

Ok dude not for nothin' but this is like the 17th thread on these damn angel eyes. Try search first of scrolling back a few pages. Anyways,...I ordered them. They r not here yet,they're waiting for my Alum. Dash kit to come in so they can send it all at once.

If you want to put em on your 2k2, I guess you'll have to deal w/the ~0.5" gap

how did u install them... did u get it done at a shop... or did u do it your self?

angels from custommaxima are gay... only white angels look nice not the seven colored ones

 

I stopped by Pepboys yesterday and saw the Hella angel eyes foglights....and noticed they were not the same shape as my foglights. I've got a 2k2, and seems like they're somewhat oval in shape. Did the earlier years come regularly round? Also, if i put these on, won't there be a noticeable gap at the edges? Are the ones on custommaxima.com the ones i should get? I really want to get these but don't want something cheesy. Has anyone got them on an 02 that can shed some light? Thanks!

 

custommax just posted some other angel eyes, and there just white...dont know if there better then those multi-colored ones though...the pic still doesnt look like an exact fit..

 

here's mine from custommaxima...the white color totally sux on these 7-color set....it shows up as rainbow.

 

those colored ones are not for a maxima in my opinion. the whites look cool, but i'd be more interested in the practicality of a new set of fogs/driving lights. Had driving lights on my old car and they were wonderful.
