Frankencar or Injen...undecided...

frankencar or injen CAI...someone help me decide...i hear the injen isnt a real CAI...but its gotta be farther from the engine then frankencar...i hear frankencar has most gains...but im sure they dino'd it w/the hood open/cool engine..opinions please..thanks

injen = and NOT A REAL COLD AIR. Frankencar is dyno'd at 11WHP still confused???

Where is this posted at? And is that for a 00-01 auto with just the frankencar w/apexi filter

It seems to me that the dyno seemed really low for a stock 2k2/2k3.

I did do a search and came up with nothing and the frankencar site says 8-13.5 HP gain but no dyno chart

Look on the left side and click on Project Maxima 2k2. It has a dyno in there, also if you go to media you can watch a clip of a 2k2 Maxima getting dynoed.

Haven't talked to or raced anybody with an Injen, but I got my Frankencar a week ago and all I can say is DAMN! I love it.

I just got my Franken car and catman ss y-pipe last week. Love both.
I like the fact the Frankencar intake with apexi can is stock quiet until you tromp on it. Gotta wait to move from Springfield Mass do do other mods, the bastids will steal it again on me.

I had the Injen and sold it when I bought the Frankencar. The Franken is definately louder. I love it!

which is best the frankencar with the apexi filter or with the k&N filter??

also whats the deal with the stage 3 intakes they are making...

would there be any big gains over the stage 2??...

its ugly looking...which UGLY usually means BETTER

lemme know if i should wait and would you do gunmetal or silver?

i have a glacier pearl 2k3 max 6 speed

if you go to the frankencar web and see some pics you can see that they left the factory intake mounted on top of the radiator-sending hot air to the cold air intake. does this defeat the purpose of having one.
