exhaust tips question

which would be better:

size 2-1/2" x 2-1/2"
length 8-1/2"
inlet 2-1/8"

or

size 3" x 3"
length 8-1/2"
inlet 2-1/4"

anyone know what our exhaust sizes are?

for both a 2000 and a 2003

3" is better in my opinion.
