Does a Front Strut Bar and Rear Anti Sway Bar really help?

I just bought a front strut bar and rear anti sway bar from custom maxima. Do they really help with handling? Can someone help?

Ditto. Not just yes, but hell yes. Trust me I just did these upgrades and I can tell a huge difference in handling.

HUGE difference with the RSB. Not so much for the FSTB, but well worth the $30.

I only have an FSTB and there IS a difference. Well worth it in my opinion.

RSB should be here anyday now.

FSTB installed, I could feel a little bit, but not anything amazing. RSB is on the way and will hopefully be on by the end of the weekend.

Only downside is that you lose the ability to jack up the rear of the car via the underbody frame once you install the RSB. That's ok though, since our Maximas are supposed to be jacked up at the reinforced jacking points on the sides of the car.
