Need to replace my front passenger side wheel bearing, hub, and knuckle. Since I am replacing all 3 parts I don't need to pull my old bearing out, just need to unbolt the knuckle from the strut. My question is concerning the assembly of the wheel bearing in the knuckle and the assembly of the hub into the wheel bearing. Has anyone actually done the work? Garage wants to charge me $80 to press the bearing. I thing I could do it myself with a few large washers and a nice size bolt. HELP!
