Guys, i am currently installing my spring/struts. I have already taken out the rears. I am currently trying to put my maxspeeds/gr2 together and my questions is the tophat is NOT on straight. I have uncompressed and recompressed the spring and i cant get it to sit straight. I was wondering if im supposed to put it on and once the weight is on it, it will straighten? Please,what am supposed to do????

Make sure you have the spring on the right way, one side is flat and the other is open coil where that sits in the spring perch at the bottom of the strut.

Are you on the fronts if so the word out faces out towards you. Try to match the word out with the bottom of the strut that sticks out.
