help! spilled stuff in shift console
i was cleaning the inside of my car and accidently spilled my fruit smoothie. how nice. some went over the shift console and i know some stuff leaked inside. how can i take off the plastic coverings so i can get inside? please help! i don't want my car to stink up!

Here is a pic..mine is a 6speed but the come of the same way..

The entire thing should pop right out. I recommend doing it from the bottom of the shifter to the top where it ends under the climate control.. SHould pop out failry easily..

Thanks for the info! it did pop up easily. it was kinda hard to move the fake aluminum finish to clean underneath, but's it's as clean as it's gonna get. also popped out the center air vents and made some adjustments to stop it from creaking. man, without you, i'm nothing. with you, i'm not much. haha. jk. thanks again!
