It's been a while since I heard anything about the paint lawsuit. Has anyone have any new updates or info? I am very dissapointed with my 01 Supercrap Max. There is hundreds of chips on the front bumper, the lower sides of the car and the hood. I get pi$$ed everytime I wash the damn car.

 

You didn't get your check from Nissan yet? That sucks. The rest of us already did.

I had no idea what you guys were talking about until I looked at the front of my G35C at 1000 miles. My 2k was *never* this bad. sucks..

 

so your tellin me that the g35 has crappy paint too? dammit

 

it gets better with time, but yes.. my GC paint is seriously soft. Its acrylic/water based just everything else. Trying to decide if I want clear bra or just repaint as needed. Not much difference in price.

I wouldn't get my hopes up as to the timing of this. Beside the wonderful judicial system in this country that can take forever, Nissan has the staff atty's already paid for who can stretch this out for a very long time.

I have 2002 Max buy my girl friend has a 1998 I30 while the paint on mine is fine the paint on hears looks like it has seen better days what cars are afected with this, do you know??
