Just Got The Obx Exhaust

and it's HUGE ~!!! did the group deal with 5 other members and got it for 273. not bad.

i came home today and i saw this huge box. i never thought that full cat backs were so big. it didnt' look THAT big in the pictures.
i'm such a newbie to this modding thing. i felt like a kid at a candy store. can't wait to install it.

speaking of which....it's suppose to be a bolt on. can i do it myself with the help of a friend?? or do you guys recommend taking the thing to a shop and having them install it.

thanks guys.

i hope to install it this week.

yeah i was in the group deal too...The exhaust sounds awesome
I put it on myself...but when you live up north like me...its really hard to take rusted screws off...
So if your car is new...and you know how to do that kinda stuff...i would say go for it...

Bolt on exhaust systems are one of the easier mods to install. You should have no problems at all. Good luck and get some pictures up when it's installed.

yo BLKMAX005SPD, is there anything else i should know about? or is it a simply "unscrew, bolt on" type of modification.

just b/c i've never done anything like this, i'm kinda worried i might mess it up. etc.

thanks man.

Well my stock exhaust was hard to take off because the bolts were rusted...so i had to grind and **** like that it was a pain in the ***..
But if yuou have a new car you should be fine...
Its really easy when you have the right tools...

That Magna-Flow exhaust on your site sounds incredible.....what type is it and how much for it. I know he has some other exhaust mods but would it sound like or at least similar to that with just the Magna-Flow? Thats exactly the sound I am looking for! Thanks

Picasso8750: If you get the magnaflow muffler alone the tone will be awesome and I dont think your going to have any complaints. Its not going to be as deep as mine since I got most everything opened up, but then again that means it wont be as anoying either. This thing is deep...REALLY DEEP! The clips dont capture 100% of what is sounds like but it gives you a pretty damn good idea of what to expect.
