NO STARTUP witout Pumping Gas

Well I was going to leave town yesterday and had stopped at a gas station. When I tried to leave my car wouldn't start. I finally got it to crank when I pumped the gas petal. My SES light came on and still hasn't gone off. I came back home and today I dropped it off at the dealer. The car seems to idle just fine, I think it runs a little rougher, but really just doesn't seem like it's getting gas at the startup. I have a Franken intake and b-pipe. I also gave them the TSB for the lack of power in the 2002s. My question is that has anyone else had this problem? I left my intake on so will they not fix it under warranty?

did u try to tighten the gas car again
3 clicks?

Try to take it off and put it back on again

Well I actually didn't get gas, but was waiting for someone to catch up.

Great guys well since it looked like no one really cared about this thread anyway, Nissan fixed my car and it ended up being the camshaft positioning sensor. As for the lack of power TSB, they said my computer already had the updated version in it.
