hi lead found in oil ??
got my analysis back from blackstone labs. pretty much everything's ok, except my lead and tin numbers were hi. lead was at 26 and tin at 3. averages for these is supposed to be 11 and 1 respectively. not too worried bout the tin. but why's my lead so hi? their chart suggests bearing wear which is what they wrote in the summary box. if so, can i do anything about it, or that just a fact of life?
Just act like it's your doctor coming back with your lab results. He tells you there's too much tar buildup in your lungs & tells you to quit smoking immediately... You end up ignoring his advice & continue to smoke.
Treat your car the same way... no biggie! Do you plan on living forever? Do you plan on keeping your car forever?
Cracks me up that there is a "Lab test" for testing engine health based on the car's "Urine Sample"
Next thing you know the Dr. is putting the car on a Low-Octane diet to lower the high Lead levels. I wonder if all of this is covered by AAA's insurance policy.
