wat can i use to fix my paint?

a couple weeks ago i was driving by.. and a car going the opposite direction threw something and hit my headlight... i was gonna turn around and chase him, but it was a rainy night so i decided against it.... and the next day i looked at it, and it jus looked like some sort of liquid... so i figured he threw a drink or something.... but now i look at it.. and that area is fuking up my paint... it makes it look all faded... i woulda cleaned it up earlier.. but here in atlanta it's been raining nonstop for the past two weeks, so i havne't realy got a chance....
i think it may be some kind of soda that's jus dried up on there...
what can i use to get thsi stuff off? and restore my paint? my friend suggested a clay bar to use.... will this work?

The clay bar might not help much, but try it anyway. I'd wash it, clay bar it, then try some polosh and see how it looks. If it's ok, apply some some wax.

he doesn't charge much at all.

Sounds like you will need to touch up with a high speed buffer, and if you don't know what you're doing, you can reall Fark things up.

call him, and he'll give you a round - a - bout estimate.
