Making fogs match HIDs?

What type of fog bulbs should I use if I want my fogs to be whiter than they are? I want them to match the HIDs as much as possible. Thanks.

Get some yellow bulbs instead, that way they'll actually be functional. Visibility is a good thing IMO.

Even better, you can get HID's in your fogs to match your headlights. I got the 6500Ks but still waiting for my damn bulbs, so for now my fogs are purple and my headlights are white To make matters even worse damn digi-cams dont capture the light temp of HIDs too well especailly on the 6000K range, so in this pic the gos actaully appear greenish on the groung, but its bright as hell purple and looks sweet in person.

It only caught the beam pattern of the fogs on the ground, apprx 15ft away. Btw, the fogs are only 21watts

Agreed, but which bulbs would release a nice bright yellow color?

Try www.optauto.com for cheap prices on bulbs. They have the Ions for 18.50 each.

Check out this thread http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....hreadid=239877 , it has a good post about making your fogs look like the IS300 using colored transparent films.

I just installed the PIAA Extreme White H3's and they seem to match the headlights the best especially if you get down to the level of the headlights and look. Anyway I recommend buying the PIAA. Just my 2 cents.

the extreme whites dont look like an exact match. The super plasma couldnt be anymore close to the color.
Even the glare is the same color with the super plasma.
