Why would I get upset with him/her? I can handle criticism. You on the other hand, cannot.

And let me clue you in on the rice mobile posts. We've seen them. We've seen them last month, last year, 2 years ago, 3 years ago. However clever you think you are, it's really just being repetitive.

You just don't get it. The way jeff messes with people that don't get it is to keep going until they either figure it out or quit.

The way your thread started implied if it's been a 2 or 3 years GO out and get your radiator flushed. With out any regard as to wether it was needed or not. Then you go on to say do it every year if it needs it or not, just because that's what the info with your new one said to do. That's just not good advise.
Anyone that posts something of this nature without anything to back it up is going to get chit from him if he runs accross it.

Now if you would have just said "Man my car is a 2k, I've only had it 6 months and my radiator is toast. I had to have it replaced because it was all blocked up. I don't know if the previous owner changed the antifreeze with some crap or not but if your car is a few years old you may want to go get it checked." You never would have heard a thing from him.

Yes, most meets are still at Busse Woods. The last one was somewhat pathetic... only about 6 Maxes total, and most of them were 'regulars' of us that get together every week at the Hooters in Schaumburg.

BTW, Maximaman... Jeff doesn't have a 'right' to mess with people "until they either figure it out or quit". I think JT's initial post was just fine, and my advice is just fine. Advice is advice... opinionated as h3ll and based on experience and knowledge. It isn't a reason to try to go "head to head" or give someone a reason to try to prove something.

 

He gave his opinion, I gave mine. I didn't say I messed with anyone But I guess dude has the "right" to tell people to "***" off correct??

 

I can't believe I just read this whole thing. For some reason I have an immediate desire to flush my radiator and then criticize my own self for thinking about doing it.
