Brake Relay Clicking Loudly

I recently noticed on my 2k3 Max that when I push and release the brake pedal, some relay that sounds like it is in the passenger side on the front console clicks loudly. It happens whenever the pedal is pushed down about 1/2 way and released. Anyone experience this and know what is wrong? Bad relay?

Turned out to be a bad shift selenoid located next to the auto shifter mechanism. Dealer will replace under warranty.
