No matter if the car is on or off....when u press the clutch up and down I hear a squeaky sound coming from the engine bay....it almost like have plastic or rubber rubbing....its not like metal grinding....its annoying sound...car shifts fine and what not, just wondering what it could be and if i should worry. If it makes a difference i switched to redline like 2 weeks ago.

i have the same thing... I think it always did that, you only hear it when your trying to. Most cars do that... It's just noticable if your windows are down and your trying to annoy yourself...

No, mine is so loud its rediculous.. I took it to the dealer and they greased it but still there

It sounds like it, even when you wiggle the pedal it makes the sound...

I am sure grease will fix it up.. i am just way to lazy

my does it to and i have an 01. It started when they fixed my transmission. My friction plate wore out. It was still under warranty, Muhahaha. I drove it pretty hard but not after that, I do not want to push my luck.

actually, after i greased it... It did help a bit. I only get the ridiculous sound you get, if i have it all the way engaged that let off and in to kind of look for where it would squeak... Before mine was REAL bad like yours. I noticed grease did help. If you really, really get ****ed get your dealer to take it apart and grease the whole thing up. I'm sure it will help.

Do we have to worry about anything getting messed up? This sound is quite annoying.

Also when I cut my wheel hard all the way to the right and go up a incline or decline I get a grinding noise coming from the right wheel....what can that be??
