New Y-pipe and a question about noise

Just installed the budget y-pipe on my 2k. Had some rattleing that would get bad at times. Finally fixed that problem and it's running good. The only deal is it sounds like it's girgiling (sorry about my spelling) at when I give it more gas or WOT. I once heard someone mention this as bee's in a coffee can. Maybe sound like that I dont know. but is there any way to get rid of that sound? why have the sound with the new y-pipe when it didnt with the old? Does the precat really cancel out that noise?

The exhaust on my 95 girgles when I let off the gas. This is only because I gutted the cat. I'm not sure why yours does, you might try explaining in more detail.

Yeah I hated the rattling. So What I did was take the y-pipe off. I bought the budget y-pipe and it doesnt exaclty fit in the same area as the old OEM y-pipe did. So it started hitting the floorboard. There is a hook on my y-pipe that goes into a rubber shock absorber right above the flex section. Well I took it out of that and forced it up against the rubber abosorber instead of in it. Now it doesnt rattle at all for me. I'll try to take a pic of it sometime today.

And the sound issue, I am wondering if its small leaks. I wonder if the colapsable o rings (gaskets) that were given isnt enough. I am thinking of putting a type of paste around the ring or an extra gasket that will seal when heated. What do u all think?

Might be the fit. Look under your car. I had to remove a brace that the Y-pipe was resting on, which caused tons of vibration and cabin noise! I removed that, adjusted the bracket that goes to the rubber mounting on your car, and no more sound!
