Closest ride comfort as stock= Either H&R Sports or Maxspeeds.

Maxspeed springs ride no where close to stock. There cheap springs, the ride cheap and they even rust quickly.

H&R is the closest to stock, they ride great and handle awsome. There also a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Eibachs are excellent springs. Slightly on the firm side.

So everyone agrees to get H & R over Maxspeeds? I'm about to get the dealership to change out struts. They want a $50 deductible with my warranty to change out struts. I'm thinking of having them swap them out then swapping springs right after. Are new factory struts sufficient for new springs or should I apply the $50 to new struts?

Factory struts are valved specifically to match the OEM spring. Your better off with an aftermarket performance strut with your aftermarket sport springs. The H&R/Tokico combination rides excellent. The H&R/KYB-GR2 combo also rides good, a bit firmer then the Tokico setup.

I have the H&R and KYBGR2 combo and agree with "njmaxseltd" regarding the ride. Take a look at my webpage if you want to see pics:

although it is 'ok' for you to use stock shocks with H&R springs(especially if you're getting a new set of shocks for only $50), it is much better for you to get either Tokico blues or KYB GR-2 shocks. either shocks combined with H&R springs will give you a very smooth and sporty ride.
