If you look at the JWT/Stillen filters, they are fat and wide so that they fully utilize the space where the stock air box once resided. The generic filters have 30-40% less surface area when compared to the JWT/STillen intakes; less surface area = less air being sucked in. SPend the extra few bucks and avoid the generic cones.
