I have JIC coilovers, RSB, and FSTB. How big of a difference will the SFC's make on my car. And should I get stage 1 or stage 1 & 2?

What are you planning on doing with the car? Track? Autocross? If you'r taking it to the track then the JIC's are definitely enough.. If your auticrossing then get the SFC's. Or even if your just daily driving I would go for it. The structure integrity of your car is heightened with it.

Did you have the SFCs on your car? I was planning on getting those, but the shop that will install it said it will take them majority of the day to install them including prep etc. It seems that the labor will be more than the parts.
