I thought that this forum was for Maxi enthusiasts.

I love maxes... thats why I bought a second one!
They got their problems... but having owned and driven domestics in the past... these problems are nothing!
I thank Maxima.org and all of its level headed and not so level headed members... you guys have been of a great help!

I love my Max. It has been virtually trouble free. I use dealer for warranty work. They've done a couple of my mods and taken care of a couple of TSB's. They've generally treated me pretty well, but when warranty runs out, I'll probably take it to a good independent mechanic that I trust.

Love my max. No problems from day one, except from warped rotors (which i cause from driving like a maniac) and rear wind noise. Got window TSBs taken care of, but it was a PITA to get dealer to do it.

I'll say it like this. No matter what vehicle you buy, there are always going to be quirks. I have owned 2 Maximas and, despite their quirks, I loved them both. Like one poster said, he considered his a "happy place" while I considered my '02 my "sanctuary." In fact, I am working on Maxima #3 ('03).

My GF question me which I love more...Her or the car~~ I tell her I love her more, but she doesn't belive me.
She asks, how come I can spend $500 on a Cat-Back exhaust system, and I won't spend the same amount to buy her cloth..
