Bazooka Subwoofer
Yes it should interface with the existing system just fine. The bazooka has rca inputs and speaker level inputs. The amplifier in the 5th gen max will be the easiest place to get a signal, However I would not attempt to get the main power for the Bazooka at that point. It should be safe to use the amp turn on signal from the bose amp. You will need a digital volt meter or equivalent to locate the wires. Check the color of the speaker wires in the rear doors and try to match the color on the plug of the amp. I recommend usint the 3m side tap connectors, Get the red ones they are for thinner wires. The stock speaker will usually have a plus or minus sign near the plug use this to verify the correct polarity.
thanks for the info...

In the previous post I was assuming the bazooka had an internal amplifier. I do not recommend using the bose amp for any non bose speakers. As far as install goes, any better car audio dealer should be able to do the install for around 65-100 $. 200 dollars is a reasonable price for the sub.You might want to shop around and double check the price to be safe.
