Reverse Lamp Idea

Ever since I got my windows tinted, my backup lights just aren't bright enough to help me see behind me. I've tried a few hyperwhite bulbs, but those are even dimmer than stock. I was wondering how hard would it be custom some mini foglights like these in place of the 168/194 bulbs. I can imagine that it'd take a bit of chopping on the tail lamps to fit them in. Any opinions on trying this?

these foglights looks too bright and it could be a nuisance for the driver behind you... you need to think about other drivers on the road... plus you could probably get a ticket.

They could always be angled downward a little. Anyways, how often are the reverse lights on anyways? Only time I ever really need them is in parking lots. I'd rather they get a little blinded and get myself noticed than not being able to see out of my tint at night. As for tickets, I doubt any cop would pull me over in any parking lot during the 20 seconds max that I have my reverse lights on.

The Polarg M-6 puts out a ton of light. Way more than my old stock bulbs did...

I have the PIAA xtreme whites in mine. Do you think the Polargs are brighter than them? If so, I might get the polargs.
