Haze on 02-03 Headlight housings

Haze on 02-03 Headlight housings
I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem but my headlight housings get hazed up every other month or so. I noticed Nissan has a T.S.B. on this but anyone know how to prevent it from happening over and over? I use tap plastics No. 2 cleaner and No. 3 polish to get rid of the haze and it seems to work fine but it's just a bit annoying.
