Gauges - "SLIP" light???

I've got a 02' 6sp SE and I noticed that in the bottom right corner of the gauges next to the "check engine light" is a light that says "SLIP". Does anyone have any idea what this light is for if even used? I'm sure all the dashes are standard as I have a TCS light when I do not have TCS.

Thanks!

I think if have Traction Control the SLIP light comes on when a tire is actually slipping and the TCS is correcting it. I'm not 100% sure though b/c I don't have TCS.

The 'SLIP' light comes on, actually it blinks, if traction control is on and wheelspin is detected, basically tells you that traction control is engaged.

And the TCS light turns on when you turn traction control off to play.
