has anybody ever heard of

www.ultrabrightlights.com. i am thinking about buying some lights from them but i would like to find out some info on them first.

it's illegal for them to sell you a kit.

Doesn't look too legite to me. Not to mention, they're located in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, NY.... a place near me that isn't known for it's honest sales people or good customer service.

That's a federal law? thought it was just New york State.... and I figured it didn't applly to someone out of state....

They think they wont get caught I guess.

Any other retailer will not sell you a kit.

I don't if they are actually selling these but you never know cuz they do business in Crooklyn... its possible that they never bothered to change/update their website since the law went into effect.
