I have the original alarm on my 2k1 max and I was wondering is it possible to get a starter for my car and still be able to use the original remote for the car? Or will I have to change the whole alarm system in the car? Please help!

 

Two question. First, are you talking about a starter motor replace? If not, then secondly, are you talking about a starter to start your car by remote?

 

I'm talking about a remote to start the car with. Yet more specifically to program the OEM remote to do the samething as the aftermarket starter remote. I'm just not trying to have two remotes to my car.

 

it's easier to program the aftermarket remote to do want your OEM one does!!

All that with just a remote!! but the aftermarket one!
