quick noob question

Does increasing the pressure of the contents in the radiator increase radiator performance? By common sense I would say no but I just want somebody to verify my suspicions. Thanks.

increased pressure == increased heat.
Boyles law.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong

Adding a higher pressure radiator cap will allow the radiator fluid to reach a higher temperature BEFORE it boils. This means that the cooling system operating range will be extended and you can run higher engine coolant temperatures. If the radiator has the capacity to disipate the additional heat stored in the coolant, it will operate more efficiently.

The catch is that the rest of the system and mainly the water pump *MIGHT* not be able to handle the higher pressure.
