Problem with intake?

Went to nissan this morning to change to oil. The guy thier told me that my MAF is bad and i need a braket or something to prevent the intake from shaking... By the way i have a K&N dropin intake... Any suggestion on what braket i should get....

There should be a bracket there that ties the intake down to the strut tower. Is that missing or something?
