i started my 2000 maxima gle tonight and when i shifted into reverse there was alot of shaking in the car. the shaking was bad while in drive but even worse when i apply the brake. there was also a horrible sulfur smell in the car. my friend said it was probably the catalilitic (sp!) converter. I plan on taking it to a dealer tomorrow to have it looked at. Any other suggestions? Thanks

 

SES light on?

 

the light came on in for like 2 mins, then went off

 

i took it to a dealer and they resurfaced the front rotors and replaced coil #5/reset the computer. total $220. it seems to be fine (knock on wood)
