PS - Neither of the BLOSE Head units lasted more than one year without left channel crapping out... Thanks Nissan!!!!

Take it to the dealer ASAP. It took them one month to get the head unit in for replacement.

In my case, I'm considering bypassing the in dash CD changer with an external one. USA SPEC SCD-N66E
Apparently, the BOSE head unit has a connector that comes lose with vibrations caused by regular driving. If compatible, this external unit may solve the problem while keeping the dash board stock.
