Me vs supercharged SVT Focus

How do you think I would do against a supercharged SVT Focus? There's no other mods done; just a Jackson racing supercharger on this guys car. I'm just curious. So what's your thoughts.

Hmmm...I have no idea. I've helped build a T/C FSVT, but never seen the S/C FSVT run before...

I'd imagine that it would be a pretty quick ride, but the stock high compression pistons will limit the maximum boost, and therefore, performance.

Road and Track drove one - they said it was quick, not fast. handled nicely, but didnt put your head back in the seat. They're only 220 hp, and the mag gave a 0-60 of 7.1 seconds, several tenths off the regular SVT times. The cars are still butt fugly tho

Eh? They do 6.9-7.0 seconds 0-60 stock (with 170 HP). They have to do better with 220+ HP...

the super charger only adds another 60hp or so. i think the wheel spin would kill the car with a bad driver.

Well after doing some research last night I'm not totally for sure that this guy sould beat me. The fastest I saw of any supercharged SVT Focus on all their websites was pulling a 14.7 with nothing else done. The fastest with intake, exhaust, slicks and charger was 14.2. So evideintly a supercharger puts them somewhere in our neibhorhood of speed, or a little shy of us. I guess will just have to race to find out.
