Suspension Install Questions...

ok, i'm doing my suspension this weekend. got rid of my ground control/agx's and upgrading to the cattman progress coilover system.
now, i've seen suspsnsion systems get installed, but never really looked at it like inches away. i was maybe standing 40 feet away, and just watching them. it looks VERY easy to me.
from what i understand, my rears will be the easiest because they come in one piece, so i can pull out and put in the cattman's. my fronts will be easy to remove, since i will no longer need the 4th gen upper strut mount, so the buyer of my old setup is very lucky to just swap.
okay, so the fronts i have to assembly them then put them on.
my question is this, do i need ANYTHING else other than the the 5th gen upper strut mount i have stored away and the strut/coilover set from cattman? is there a gasket or some other piece i just don't know about. if i remove my old setup, do i need to take something off of that and add it to my new set?
the way i see it, i use the upper strut mount to tighten the top (using the middle huge nut), and then i can just place it into the car with the 3 bolts (same ones used for the fstb)

on top of those questions, does the main nut that holds the strut mount have to be a certain torque or can i just turn it until it's nice and firm.

i know these scattered questions, and it seems like i don't know what i'm doing, but i'm pretty sure i do, i mean i did my ypipe and i did my exhaust, and i did my system, but for some odd reason, just never did suspension, and it seems easy enough for me to do.

I'm not sure I can help with all your questions but I can tell you this, I've done my own suspension on the Max twice now w/ the help of my 15 year old brother and we have had no problems. The only catch was the rear bolts are really hard to get to on the top so I had to by some 15 tool from Sears to reach them ok. But other than that its as easy as it gets.

If there liek the JIC's then it's all one piece. When I had the JIC's all that had to be done was unbolt the old one and install the new one. Didn't have to re-use my old mounts,boots,etc..
