Miss my Max already!

So this morning I dropped off my Maxima at the body shop to repair a door ding from a rock, nothing major but still cost my insurance $1100. So anyways I go to Enterprise to get a car rental and they gave me a Ford Taurus for $35/day. What a POS! I can't believe people actually purchase these cars. The engines horrible and the brakes suck. My insurance covers $30/day for rental so I'm thinking there's no way I'm going to pay an extra $5 to drive this thing, its that bad! So I trade it in for a four door Ford Focus SE, which is much better and wouldn't be bad for a strictly commuter car, but its not a Maxima. Man, I already miss my car

I know how you feel. Mine was in the shop for a month ($6000 damage). I rented a Camry - it was okay, but way short of the Max. Other guy's insurance paid. So happy when I got the Max back.

I missed mine too when it was in the shop- but I did get to drive a 2004 Monte Carlo SS. Not bad actually, and for a rental it was pretty nicely equipped. Still not a MAX, but better than anything else they had on the lot.

They told me at the latest Friday, but I'm hoping much much sooner. They have to repaint both passenger side doors since the rock left a dent and scratches on the front and small scratches on the rear. Yeah, body work is sure expensive

You should consider buying a radardetector.

What is a vascar? I never heard of it. Even though I don't have a radar I am cautious when I'm speeding on the interstate.
