Diagnosis please...

First off, I hope u guys don't mind being of assistance. It's not exactly on topic, but this site has always been a great resource for auto lovers like me.
This is my first time taking apart an engine and everything has gone fine, I was initially just going to change the head gasket on my 280z, but the valves in the following pictures give me a weary feeling.
What's your diagnosis doc? Some are very light and some are very very dark from burnt oil.

My first suggestion would be to get rid of all that crap in your sig. Nobody is going to want to scroll through all that.
