they all do the exact same thing.

addco = cheapest, but gets the job done
progress = improved clamp design of an addco bar
stillen = complete rip-off, not worth the $$$

i went with the addco, but that was before the progress was released. depending on price of course, or if you could get the progress on a group deal, i'd go with either of those. i like the way the progress bar looks. it's really your preference, but definitely do not get the stillen rsb.

If you want rear brake lines to last go with Stillen.

hummmm... why???? Although they may accomplish the exact same thing, the design is completely different. I spent the extra cash on the stillen and I like it. It works well and looks the best. It looks like it belongs on the car, not an accessory. Maybe it's not worth the extra cash to everyone, but it's definintely not a "complete rip-off".

I can't figure out how people mess up their brake lines with the Addco and Cattman/Progress bars. For me, I've had the Progress RSB since early Feb. of this year, and I haven't had a single problem with my brake line and I didn't even reroute the lines as the instructions recommend.

I just followed the write-up that was here:

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....hlight=cattman

and everything went smoothly.

When I rotated my tires recently, I checked the lines and they were still perfect. I zip-tied a tiny piece of small-diameter loom to the brake line area just in case, but I really didn't have to. No problems.

Peace.

I've had my addco on for nearly a year now and the last time I checked there were no brake line problems what so ever...

How can you not say Stillen isn't the best? I know it costs a fortune but there are no bushings to wear out and it's better quality. I had an addco bar on a different vechicle and it's cheap and the bushing mounts kept moving around.

From what I've been reading forget an RSB and get at least the stage 2 SFC set from WarpSpeed.

Yes, it is and I have never had a problem with my Addco. The stillen is a complete ripoff. Back in the day, several comparisons were made against the Addco and the Stillen. No one could tell the difference. The Stillen is twice as much as the Addco and Progress for what? To fill the pockets of the executives at Stillen HQ. You are buying a name not performance. If you got money to burn and want a high profile name, then buy the Stillen. For the best bang for the buck, choose Addco or Progress (Progress for the above mentioned reasons). You can use all that extra cash you saved for springs, FSTB, SFC's, Piaa fogs, etc...

The Stillen bar looks 10 times better. Functionality is more or less the same between the bars. I've had the Addco and Stillen sway bars. The Stillen bar is on my car right now for a reason.
