I was doing a search and see where .org members were saying it took them months to get their intake.

I just ordered a midpipe and wondering if it takes the same amount of time.

 

I just got mine with the group deal about a month ago. It took a couple weeks for enough people to get their orders in so they could start shipping them. Probably longer than it should, but once they said they were going to ship them, it only took about a week. They didn't have some of the colors in stock that some wanted. However, i've e-mailed them a couple times with some questions and never received a reply. Got my questions answered here. Their customer service could use a little help IMO.

 

Their customer service is non-existent. I ordered my intake from them a little less than a month ago, and have yet to hear any word of it whatsoever. I also sent them an email with a question 3 weeks ago, and have yet to recieve a reply. I'm beginning to get worried, and vague thoughts of a lawsuit are beginning to enter my mind...but I've read here on the org that it takes from 2 weeks to 2 months to recieve the intake, so I'll wait till Christmas to take any action. I know I'm going to get it in a month or so, but it's just so annoying... Why does it take so long, anyway? Does anyone actually know?

 

I ordered a midpipe from them and I recieved it in exactly one week!!!

Yeah I ordered my Sunday and was hoping to get it this week!
