Have you checked your battery's water level?

My Maxima would not start this past Sunday and it turned out to be very, very low water level in the battery's cells.

Peace.

Good call, in all likelyhood that is the original battery. It may be on its way out.

i had a similar issue but it only occured after driving a short distance and trying to crank it back up after i got back. i learned through a member to just turn the key to on right before you turn it over for like 10 seconds then start the car. the condition was something close to injector leakdown. whatever it was, it solved the problem. just something else to consider.

If your battery turns out to be low on water, make sure you add distilled water not tap. I just replaced my OEM battery with Diehard Gold.
