Tire Rotation Problem
I had the dealer rotate my tires last Firday as part of 7500 service, even though there's now 10,000 miles on the car. Now the car has a slight pull to the left. I checked tire pressures and they seem OK (33 front, 30 rear). Searching the forum didn't reveal a similar problem. Any suggestions?

Usually if your balancing is off u may get slight pull, but hpefully u balanced your tire when rotating. Second, to determine a bad tire u must rotate sideways, if it pulls the opposite way then it's a defective tire. It is covered under warranty, because it has a shifted belt. Last and not least the alignment only way to tell is having it checked. This is last resort.

I confess that the rotation was done without balancing. I figured there was no reason in that they seemed in balance before. The owner's manual says the rotation should be done on the same side, so they may not be willing to re-rotate sideways. But I think you're right in suggesting it's warranty work, so I'll go back to the dealer anyway. Thanks for your help.

Tire pull
You know what... the same exact thing happened to me when I took my car in for the 7500 mile service, except that it pulled to the right. The next day I just called my service advisor at the dealership, and he said it was most likely a tire pull which happens sometimes when rotating the tires. I took my max in and they gave me an alignment... and problem gone.

Follow-Up:
Just as a follow-up, my dealer performed an alignment today under warranty, finding the toe out of adjustment. The results are good, although there is still a "slight" pull to the left. At this point, it may be my own imagination, so I'll wait a bit more before I deal with the Toyo tire people.
I just had my tires balanced and rotated yesterday at a local tire shop. The "toe" was off so I had the alignment done also. I only have 9k miles but did want to bother with the dealership. Now I feel it is slightly pulling to the left, but thought I was imagining it until I saw your post. The tread wear on the tires looked even on all the tires. BTW, they mentioned that Brigestone Pole Positions 3 were coming out soon and might include the proper size for our 17" wheels.
