I was looking on https://maxima.org/maxfaqs/sub_light...tml#Lighting_4 and Sylvania Cool Blues are mentioned. The page says that they cost 14.99 each at autozone. Does that mean that you have 2 pay for 2, equalling 29.98??? Are they worth 30$, or should I go with the Narva bulbs from Courtesy Nissan.

they are about $15 each for bulbs..
i've had them on for a while until i gave mine to a friend. the color on those bulbs are better than the stock ones. the housing is slightly tinted blue to give u that blue-ish white at night. but, if you're thinking about HID color, nope..it's not even close.

I tried them - loved the visibility - noticeably more and whiter light, BUT - they both failed after about 9 months and $30 is too much for such crappy lifetime.

I've got em. The light is definitely whiter than stock... they work best brand new (as do all halogen bulbs I'd imagine).

For the price it's a pretty good deal. I think I'd like to try the Solaris or PIAA whites next. But for $15 each, you can't go wrong.

I have heard good things about Philips Blue Vision bulbs....Ask Shing or do a search in the general discussion forum. There has been a lot of discussion about bulbs

Thank god for the search feature...

OK... I have decided to drop by my local K-Mart and buy a set of Phillips Blue Vision's. They seem to cost a whole lot less than PIAA Superwhites, but seem to be a lot better. So I just walk in and look for the ones marked H4, right? Is there anything else I need to do?
